After our blog post on How to Expunge Your Maryland Criminal Record, several Pennsylvania followers asked for similar advice on expunging their criminal records. We couldn’t find a concise video on Pennsylvania expungements, so we made one.

The video includes advice on obtaining your criminal record from the Pennsylvania State Police. The State Troopers have published more information here.

The video also includes advice on obtaining and filling out the Pennsylvania Court System Forms. All the forms are available on the website for The Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania here. Remember: the Rule 490 Petition is for expunging summary offenses, and the Rule 790 Petition is for expunging everything else.
